A local pool company, run by the owner
Royal Pool Pros is a pool cleaning and maintenance company based in Madison, Mississippi. I'm Maddox Moncrief, the owner, and I started it for a simple reason: too many homeowners in Madison County were paying for pool service and still coming home to cloudy water, full baskets and a guess at what went in the pool that week. We built Royal Pool Pros to be the opposite of that.
We serve Madison, Ridgeland, Gluckstadt, Canton, Flora, Flowood and north Jackson. Our routes are built by neighborhood, so the same technician is on your street on the same day each week. You aren't a ticket number in a call center. If something is off with your pool, you're talking to the person who actually runs the company.
What makes our pool service different
Every pool gets the same checklist every visit: skim, brush the walls and tile line, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, vacuum when it needs it, test the water, balance the chemicals and blow off the deck. That consistency is the whole secret. Pools in central Mississippi get hit hard by heat, pollen, storms and leaves, and the only way to stay ahead of that is to never skip a step.
We test and log chemistry instead of guessing. Free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness and stabilizer are checked on every visit, and every chemical we add is tracked by the pool. Every chemical is itemized on your invoice by pool and by visit, so you see exactly what went in and why. When a pool starts acting up, the log tells us why.

How to get started
The easiest way to get a price is to send us a photo of your pool. We'll look at the size, the water and the equipment and text you back a quote. If your pool is already green, don't be embarrassed. Rescuing neglected pools is some of our favorite work, and we'll tell you honestly what it will take.
You can also request a quote on our website or call 601-967-1717. Weekly and bi-weekly plans are available for homes, and we take on HOA, apartment and rental pools too. Royal Pool Pros is proud to take care of pools across Madison County, and we'd be glad to take care of yours.
