What we collect
When you request a quote, book service, apply for a job or pay an invoice, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, address, details about your pool, and any photos you send.
If you fill out one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the answers you submit in that form with us (for example your name, phone number and what your pool needs).
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, and we use privacy-friendly analytics that don't track you across other sites.
How we use it
Only to run our pool business: to answer your request, send you a quote, schedule and perform service, send invoices and receipts, and follow up about your pool.
We may call or text you about your request at the number you provide. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP or just letting us know.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us operate: our website host, our payment processor (Stripe) when you pay online, and Meta when you use a Facebook or Instagram form. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and quote records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep proper business records. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we are required to keep it.
